The master bedroom offers a refrigerator, sink and wet bar area. The bathroom offers a whirpool tub. Bedding is King, queen, 2 twins, and a queen sleeper sofa. 4 TVS, 3 VCRS, and 1 DVD. Full size washer/dryer, BBQ grill. Cottage is 2000 sf. $500 deposit, 30-day cancellation policy. The pool at this house can be heated for a $250 additional charge. Please be advised that pool heat can take up to 24 hrs to reach temp.
